The Holden Hill Vet Story

Founded in 2002, the Holden Hill Veterinary Clinic has been a trusted name in animal care for over two decades. Our mission is simple: to provide exceptional and affordable medical and surgical care for your pets. We understand that pets are much more than animals—they are beloved family members.

Starting out as a family-owned clinic, we’ve worked hard to maintain that personal touch. Although our clinic is small, we pack it with advanced services, state-of-the-art equipment, and expert knowledge, all focused on delivering the highest standard of care. We take a calm and gentle approach to each patient, ensuring your pet feels safe and comfortable in our hands.

Meet Our Vets.

Dr. Kristian Zirnsak
A 1994 graduate, Dr. Kristian is passionate about internal medicine, anaesthesiology, and, of course, cats. He treats a wide variety of animals, from cats and dogs to rabbits, birds, and pocket pets, with the same care and dedication. Whether it's a routine check-up or a complex procedure, Dr. Kristian ensures that both pets and their owners feel at ease, providing compassionate care and a positive experience from start to finish.​

Dr. Callum Woolley
Graduating in 2024, Dr. Callum joined Holden Hill Veterinary Clinic in early 2025, following placements here since 2022. His primary interests include emergency medicine, ultrasonography, and surgery. He’s always excited to greet our clinic cats, Belle and Covid, who never fail to brighten his day.

At home, Dr. Callum has recently adopted a playful kitten, Athena, who loves zooming around the house and keeping him on his toes!
